The Exman App is a web application that fully supports Part-147 examination workflow for examinations on both approved and external locations:

• An examination schedule may be published (Exam, Date, Location, Examination Language)
• Examiners, verifiers, observers, rooms and examination managers  may be assigned
• Online registration for exams by either student or staff
• Payment for exams may be set in detail, for example:
  • External students pay for all exams
  • Internal students only pay for third and later attempts
  • Students of business partners never pay
• Payments / Refunds are handled
• Rating and verifying of examination results by assigned examiners and verifiers
• Results are published by assigned Examination Manager
• Students  have online access to there results
• Examination packs and certificates may be generated
• Staff members have online access to all students results
• Business partner staff members have online access to their own students results only
• Business partner staff members may only register their own students for exams on their own locations
• Workflow is supported by automated email communication
• Extensive logging features
