Honingh Projectmanagement developed a web application that supports the complete examination workflow for approved EASA Part-147 Maintenance Training Organizations starting with publishing an examination schedule on a public accessible web page, ending with the publication of examination results on private student pages and generating certificates.

Students may register and view their examination history online.Staff may view all students examination history online.

Teachers have their own web space to mark and verify the exams they are assigned to.

An examination manager may schedule examinations,plan location, room and staff for examinations, may generate Examination Packs and publish the examination results.

Examination Checklists, Answer forms and certificates may be generated as pdf files. Templates for these documents may be modified to meet the needs of your organization.

The Exman APP supports three Student modes:

• Examination of internal students. Student accounts are maintained by your training organization staff. First two examination attempts are free of charge, next attempts should be paid for. Payment is handled by the Exman APP
• Examination of external students. Students create their own account (after payment for a first registration) and pay per exam.
• Examination of business partner students. Student accounts are either maintained by your training organization staff or by your business partner staff (The latter in a future release).Students never pay for their exams themselves. Business partner examinations will typically be held on business partner locations.

Business rules can easily be adapted to meet the needs of your organization.

Technical features:

• The application can be run on shared web-hosting servers. Document generation has small CPU and Memory demands. Cron-jobs must be allowed.
• Your HTML templates for document generation can be easily incorporated in the application
• Currently an interface to Payment Gateway "MultiSafepay" is supported. An Interface to your preferred Payment Gateway can be built on request.
